From The Founder
For years, I believed my body was something to fix.
I chased perfection. I searched for the cleanest foods, the purest ingredients, and the next thing that promised to make me healthier, happier, or more whole. What I didn't realize was that I was still looking outside myself for answers.
Creating H IS FOR LOVE changed that.
What began over eleven years ago as a desire to make skincare with ingredients I could completely trust became an education in the wisdom of the body. Slowly, I came to understand that healing isn't something we force. It begins when we stop fighting ourselves long enough to listen.
That understanding shapes everything I create.
Every formula is blended slowly in my studio using whole botanicals, time-honored methods, and ingredients that are allowed to become everything they were meant to be. Nature doesn't rush, and neither do I. Nature Is Enough® has always been more than a tagline. It is the philosophy behind every jar and bottle that leaves this studio.
